2. Offer and Agreement

• When you buy an article online via the webshop of Amiisi, you enter into an agreement with Amiisi. These Conditions apply to all your online orders and purchases.
• We will make sure that these Conditions are easily accessible at the moment you are ordering as well as at any point in time thereafter. You may read, reread or download the then applicable and latest version of the Conditions via our website.
• To avoid incorrect delivery following your order, please make sure you provide us with the correct information and contact details. We keep your information safe and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
• An agreement arising from an offer which contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding upon Amiisi. Please contact Amiisi when you doubt the validity of an offer.

3. Price and Payment

• The price stated in the webshop is the total price inclusive of value added taxes. Delivery charges are stated separately, if applicable.
• If the delivery address is located outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. It is possible that the country in question charges additional levies, such as import tax. Amiisi has no influence or control over such levies and can therefore not provide you with further information. Any import duties and taxes payable will be your sole responsibility as customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional costs are for your own account. You must check yourself if the ordered articles can be exported and imported to the country in question and what the costs are, before placing such an order.
• You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in the webshop of Amiisi.

4. Delivery

• Amiisi aims to process and have your order delivered as smooth and fast as possible. We take great care to ensure that the products are shipped accurately. Should you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, but ultimately within 48 hours after receiving the products and we will take care of this.
• Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by you and via the means of delivery chosen by you.
• In the event that a wrong address is provided, the costs for the lost product are for your own account.

5. Quality, legal guarantee & complaints

• Amiisi aims to display products on its website as fully and accurately as possible. The nature of the offered products may result in differences (such as color differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you. Does the product appear to be different than expected? Together with the cool-off period of 14 days, we offer you a return term of 30 days.
• The products we offer are naturally subject to wear. The lifespan of a product is partly dependent on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the level of care. The products of Amiisi are made from the highest quality materials as listed in the webshop. Amiisi stands for quality under normal use. For optimum lifespan and quality, it is however important to follow the washing instructions. Should you nevertheless think there is something wrong with your product, please let us know your complaint (by phone, email or post).
• If you have discussed your complaint with us, but you want to file your complaint to another authority, you can contact the Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

6. Right of Withdrawal

• Based on the law you have a period of 14 days after receiving the product, to withdraw your agreement with Amiisi, without giving any reason.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending us an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). It is also possible to withdraw the agreement partially. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
• The right of withdrawal is not provided for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• After terminating the agreement please return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of all the products in your order, to the address of Amiisi as stated in the shipping label which you will receive with the delivery.
• You can try out our product(s) as far as necessary to make a purchase, like you would do in an actual shop. Make sure that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, have been washed, or showing other signs of wear Amiisi will have to deduct this decrease in value from the total amount to be refunded to you. Only Amiisi is entitled to determine the decrease in value.
• Amiisi will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial cancellation, we only refund the costs of the returned product. We will refund you with the same payment method that you used to make the original payment.
• If you choose a different, more expensive option for return than the standard delivery method used by Amiisi, these extra costs will not be reimbursed. See the FAQ’s section on our website for the return costs per country.

7. Return policy

• We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, and that is why we have a return policy of 30 days. It is also possible to return the order partially.
• Please return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of all the products in your order, to the address of Amiisi as stated in the shipping label which you will receive with the delivery.
• You can try out our product(s) as far as necessary to make a purchase, like you would do in an actual shop. Make sure that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, have been washed, or showing other signs of wear Amiisi will have to deduct this decrease in value from the total amount to be refunded to you. • Amiisi will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we only refund the costs of the returned product. We will refund you with the same payment method that you used to make the original payment.

8. Intellectual property

Amiisi owns all intellectual property rights related to the brand, the product and the website including all promotional materials like video’s and photography.

9. Changes

Changes in these Conditions will be published on the website. You are advised to check these Conditions when ordering with us. These Conditions were last changed on 30 April 2021.

10. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these Conditions and to the agreements between you and Amiisi. In case of any conflicts, the Court of Amsterdam will decide on the matter; notwithstanding your rights as a consumer that you may have according to the country you are residing in.
